About AACE Diabetes Resource Center

The AACE Diabetes Resource Center is a compendium of educational tools that enable members the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) to take the lead in implementation of diabetes practice guidelines and also assist other members of their healthcare team in the formulation and delivery of education and guidelines with the goal of improving care for patients with diabetes in their communities.

AACE is a professional community of physicians specializing in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. AACE is committed to enhancing the ability of its members to provide the highest quality of patient care. These physicians devote significant portions of their careers to the evaluation and management of patients with endocrine disease. All members are physicians (MD or DO), and most are certified by boards recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Members of AACE are recognized clinicians, educators, and scientists, many of whom are affiliated with medical schools and universities. These individuals contribute on a regular and continuing basis to the scientific literature on endocrine diseases and conduct medical education programs on this subject.

The AACE Diabetes Resource Center was developed by the AACE Task Force in collaboration with AACE Impact Graphics with funding provided by Amylin, Boehringer Ingelheim, Lilly, and Novo Nordisk.
